About me

Riding eFoils since 2022

Hi, I'm Jack, and I'll be your instructor. I speak fluent English and Spanish, and I trained with my cousin, who runs Cen Cal Foil Sports and has taught countless lessons. Between us, we've seen every skill level and know how to teach them.

It's OK if you've never surfed, wakeboarded or snowboarded. As long as you're eager to learn and follow instructions, you should be flying on the foil within 30 minutes.

You should be comfortable in water. You'll always wear a life vest and a leash, so you're never far from the board.

Anyone 12 or older can eFoil. We recommend riders be under 110 kg (240 lb) unless they have lots of experience in other board sports.

The propeller is fully enclosed so touching it is impossible. However if you fail to take basic precautions or don't follow instructions, you could fall on the foil which can cause bruises or cuts.

Light rain usually isn't a problem, but it's up to you whether to delay, reschedule or cancel.

Yes. The price is per board for a 1.5-hour lesson, so two people can share one board and take turns, about 45 minutes each. If you each want the full 90 minutes, book a board each.
